Frequently asked questions
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You can use the full Nuanta platform completely free for 7 days to evaluate whether it fits your workflow. You'll need to enter a credit card to prevent abuse of our LLM infrastructure, but you won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends — and you keep everything you shipped during the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts and no minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the billing dashboard. You will continue to have full platform access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which the account moves to a read-only state so you can still export your articles.
Do unused articles roll over to the next month?
No. Article credits reset at the beginning of each monthly billing cycle, so unused credits do not carry forward. We recommend running Autopilot mode — the Signal Engine surfaces enough qualified topics that your full monthly allowance is reliably converted into shipped articles each cycle without any manual queue management.
Is there an additional charge for extra team members?
No per-seat surcharge — team seats are included with each plan. The Writer tier includes 5 team seats and the Publisher tier includes 50 team seats, both at no additional cost. Solo is single-user; Agency is custom. Each teammate can be assigned per-stage email alerts (brief ready, draft ready, ready to publish) so reviews stay distributed across the team.
What counts as a Knowledge Base document?
A Knowledge Base document is any source that feeds Nuanta's understanding of your brand voice and domain facts: a PDF, DOCX, or Markdown upload; a synced Google Doc; an imported URL crawled into structured text; or a voice-note transcript. Each document is parsed into structured facts the article pipeline can cite when writing.
