Articles generated by the Platform based on your inputs are assigned to you, subject to the terms of the specific third-party AI LLMs utilized.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform for any reason, without notice.

The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, AI generations, or information within the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Nuanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel.
