1. 14-Day Refund Policy
We offer a full, unconditional 14-day refund window for all purchases made through our platform. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact Paddle’s support team directly using your purchase email and order ID.

3. Refund Processing
- Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds are processed via Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
- Subscriptions cancelled after 14 days are not eligible for refunds but will not renew at the end of the billing cycle.
4. Subscription Renewals
You may cancel an active subscription at any time. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you will not be charged again. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of an active billing cycle.
